Heat ghee on a low and roast all the seeds and chopped nuts with the dry fruits as well accordingly. Do not increase the heat. And do it with a little patience until they are roasted well with an amazing aroma. This doesn't take much time. They get done real quick.

Now add the dates paste either the store bought one or the homemade. Let the pitted dates soak in a cup of warm milk for an hour and then make a smooth paste in a blender jar. Add this paste to the pan and mix so that everything gets incorporated well.

Spread the mix on a wide plate. Let it cool down a bit before gathering everything and rolling down with the help of our hands to make it into a big log. Divide the mix into two parts for ease. Now wrap each log in a separate aluminum foil. Let it refrigerate for an hour or so.

Now slice into your desired thickness. And set the serving platter. That's it. All done and ready for all. Dig into these right away. Enjoy!
