  • 100 gCouscous
  • 200 gmini tomato
  • 100 gmini mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoonsparsley
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  • 2 cubesMaggi Bouillon
  • 2table spoons water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the couscous according to the directions on the box. 
    Mix the couscous with the same amount of boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

    Put water and Maggi bouillon in a heat-resistant container (cup) and microwave for 30 seconds. And dissolve Maggi bouillon well, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.

    Soak the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and peel off the skin.

    Put cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, parsley, Couscous ❶ and the sauce ❷ in a bowl and mix well.
