How about a caprese-like couscous? I used Maggi bouillon for seasoning. #GoldenApron23

Cook the couscous according to the directions on the box.
Mix the couscous with the same amount of boiling water, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. - 2
Put water and Maggi bouillon in a heat-resistant container (cup) and microwave for 30 seconds. And dissolve Maggi bouillon well, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Soak the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and peel off the skin.

Put cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, parsley, Couscous ❶ and the sauce ❷ in a bowl and mix well.
