Super Healthy Sprouted Ragi Dosa

Wash ragi nicely, soak it in water for 5 - 6 hours.

Drain the water and tie it in a damp muslin cloth and keep it in warm place for overnight or two. Let the sprouts grow.

Also soak udad dal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl for 5 hours. Grind the sprouted ragi, udad dal and fenugreek seeds together in a mixie for a fine paste. And keep it for fermentation for 8 - 10 hrs.

Add salt to the fermented batter. Spread dosa on a nonstick tawa.

Drizzle ghee on it. Cook the dosa from both the sides to make it crispier. Or on one side only. It's up to you.

So super healthy sprouted ragi dosa are ready. Enjoy it with coconut chutey.
