Shrimp Salad with Mango and Avocado

Measure and chop all the ingredients. In a mixing bowl, combine the juice of 1 lemon with the mustard, capers, vinegar, chopped chili, garlic, salt, and half of the cilantro.

Add the shrimp, mango, cucumber, radishes, onion, and tomato to the dressing and mix well.

In another bowl, mix the oil with the juice of 1 lemon. Toss the lettuce and avocado with salt to taste.

Arrange a bed of lettuce on each plate and place the shrimp salad in the center. Arrange the avocado and hard-boiled egg wedges around the salad, and sprinkle with the remaining cilantro. Serve immediately.
