
Turkey Chili (Simple Version)

In a container overnight (preferably 24 hours) store meat, diced bell peppers, and diced onion.

Overnight meat should be seasoned with 2 TBSP Cumin, 2 TBSP Chili Powder, 1 TBSP Garlic Powder, 1 TBSP Onion Powder, and 3 chopped Garlic Gloves.

Once meat has sat overnight or for 24 hours heat a pan with 2 TBSP of olive oil and sauté meat and veggies until almost cooked through, add meat and veggies to a crock pot.

Add frozen corn and all canned veggies, drain and rinse the black beans.

Add 1 TBSP Onion and Garlic Powder, Cumin, and Chili Powder and mix all the ingredients.

Cook on low for 6 hours, stir occasionally.

Serve with sour cream or Greek yogurt and cheese.
