I made a batch of pan-fried rice noodles in my own unique way, which led to some unusual dishes. Fortunately, everyone enjoyed them and gave great feedback.

Dice the kohlrabi.

Chop the onion. Mince the meat with 1 clove of garlic and some shallot. Soak the wood ear mushrooms until soft, then chop finely.

Sauté the onion first, then add the wood ear mushrooms and kohlrabi.

Finally, add the ground meat and stir-fry until cooked, seasoning with fish sauce to taste. While the meat is cooking, prepare the sweet and sour fish sauce.

Arrange the sliced pan-fried rice noodles on a plate with chopped fresh herbs. Top with the stir-fried meat, sprinkle with fried shallots, and drizzle with the sweet and sour fish sauce.
