Wash spiny gourd properly. Cut it remove seeds cut tomato in small piece

Take oil in pan and 0n medium flame put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida. Now add spiny gourd add chilli powder turmeric powder Salt, coriander cumin powder and mix well

Add tomato cook it on low flame when it cooked turn off flame and add sugar mix well now ready to serve serve with roti or Paratha
