Mild Soy Milk Sesame Ramen

The soup that comes with instant ramen is very salty, so I made a light flavored soup that my daughter likes.
She loves the taste of soy milk, so she just eats and drinks up this ramen.
Adjust the amount of chicken stock depending on the brand and the age of your child (or children) who will be eating the ramen.
Ths soup is lightly flavored, so adults may want to add some of the powdered soup that comes with the ramen noodles.
You may want to cut up the noodles depending on how old your children are. For 1 adult sized serving + 1 child sized serving. Recipe by Momokito

Cooking Instructions
- 1
This is the instant ramen I used. Cut up the meat and vegetables into easy to eat pieces.
- 2
Bring the water to a boil in a pan and boil the meat and vegetables to your desired degree of doneness. Take out the cooked meat and vegetables. (Don't throw out the cooking water. If it has any scum, take it out.)
- 3
Add soy milk and chicken stock granules to the cooking water and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles, and cook for the specified length of time while stirring.
- 4
Turn the heat off when the noodles are done. Add ground sesame seeds and mix quickly. Transfer the noodles to serving bowls, add the meat and potatoes, pour the soup over and it's done.
- 5
If the ramen came with a packet of cut sesame seeds or something, add that too and enjoy.

It's been 4 years since I started making homemade ramen as a hobby. Recently, I've finally been able to come close to my ideal flavors, so I uploaded the recipe here as a note to myself. The noodles here are low in moisture and very hard. I think they would be very hard to roll out without a pasta machine or noodle-making machine. If you are going to roll them out by hand, add 100 to 200 g of water to the amounts given. That is the ratio I used to use when I used to roll my noodles out by hand. Recipe by Homard Ebiko cookpad.japan -
