Without a doubt, my favorite dish since I was a kid.

Shred the cooked chicken breast. Finely chop the cooked potato, onion, tomatoes, garlic, and serrano pepper.

Set aside.

First, sauté the potato; then add the onion and garlic, followed by the serrano pepper, and finally the tomatoes. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. Set aside.

Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos, securing each with a toothpick so they don't open while frying. Fry in preheated oil with the toothpick in place until golden and crispy.

Serve with fresh lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and add hot sauce to taste.
