1 1/2 cupscouscous (about 270 grams)
3tomatoes, diced (or an equivalent amount of cherry tomatoes, halved)

Steps

Cook the couscous according to the package instructions, then rinse and drain. Let it cool.

Combine all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well.
