Prepare food, weigh tomatoes.

Lightly cut the tomatoes into a cross. Pour boiling water over for three to five minutes. Then drain the boiling water and place the tomatoes in cold water.

Remove the skins from the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into halves. Place in the dish with the cut side up.

Prepare the marinade.
Boil a liter of water. Dissolve salt and sugar. Stir, turn off the heat. Add chopped garlic and vinegar. Cool. - 5
Cut the onion into half rings and the sweet pepper into strips. Finely chop the parsley.

Place the tomatoes cut side up in a convenient container, distribute the onions and bell peppers on top.

Pour in cold marinade. Leave for two days in a cool place.
