Mix the besan and water to form batter..

Batter should neither be too thick nor too thin

Let it rest for 5 minutes

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup by mixing sugar and water..continue heating it till it reaches one thread consistency

Now heat the oil on medium flame.. Use boondi jhara to put besan in oil

Keep tapping jhara while you put besan.. This will give round shape to boondi..

Now put this prepared hot boondi in hot sugar syrup..

Boondi is ready.. Now let it cool for 5 minutes..

Now when it is still warm, make ladoos from this boondi..
