FARFALLE PASTA with VEGGIES
Steps

Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp oil.

Boil it, add pasta now, cook it until pasta is completely cooked (almost 30 minutes). Strain it, put it under running water for 30 sec. Keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it for a sec.

Add in green chilli & all the veggies, stir fry it for 30 sec. In goes salt, cook it for a minute.

Now add boiled pasta, mix it well.

In goes black pepper powder, tomato sauce & green chilli sauce, toss it nicely for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a bowl.

Plate it, garnish it with chopped dhania patta. Can be paired with butter toasted buns..
