Sabhudhana soked in water for 4 hours then rinse it off.

In mixer add Ginger, garlic cloves, green chilli,curry leaves and make it paste

Take plate add boiled potato, sabudana, prepared green paste, turmeric,redchillipowder,salt,chat masala,garam masala,salt mix it well and make it shape like tikki or vada.

Now take a pan /kadai heat the oil in medium flame,after heating oil put the tikki in oil and cook it till golden brown in colour

Tikki or vada can be served with chutney or sauce. With chai goes well combination.
