Boil water in a pot,mix both flour

When it boils, remove from heat

Now add flour in a circular motion,till it covers water,stir it or mix with a wooden spatula,till you get a thick pudding,by adding lil more flour,as in the pic below,you may add lil water to loosen it up,if you want it lighter

Drizzle lil water in a circular motion on the pudding,cover it, return to heat on low/med heat

When it boils, reduce flame to low

Mix it well,such that the water is absorbed by the hot pudding,just the way you mix eba

Cook till smooth and fluffy,yet thick and no lumps

Scoop into a plate and dress it with a wet scoop

Enjoy with protein and soup of choice
