2 Tbspfresh lemon 🍋 juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Use best quality tomatoes 🍅
Combine all ingredients in a food processor / chopper and pulse in 1 second until all ingredients are finely chopped.

Serve with tortilla chips; salsa always tastes best after it's been refrigerated for a few hours. You can store in refrigerator up to 1 week
