Broccoli and Shrimp Garlic Stir-fry

The delicious umami comes out from the shrimp, and this dish is really tasty!!
Stir-fry the garlic over low heat until very fragrant. Please don't throw away the broccoli stem!! The stem is yummy and my family loves it more than the florets. For 4 servings. Recipe by Rinko kitchen

Steps
- 1
Mince the garlic, and chop the broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, and bacon into bite-size pieces. Devein the shrimp.
- 2
Peel the stem of the broccoli, and cut diagonally (This is the most delicious part.)
- 3
Stir-fry the garlic and red chili pepper in a pan with the olive oil over low heat until fragrant.
- 4
When fragrant, add bacon, and continue stir-frying over medium heat.
- 5
Add broccoli and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry some more.
- 6
Pour the white wine (if not, cooking sake), and steam-fry covered.
- 7
When the broccoli is cooked through, add shrimp and salt. Turn up the heat to high. As the remaining water evaporates, the shrimp cooks through.
- 8
When the water is completely evaporated, it's done.
