  1. 1 cupwheat bran flour
  2. 1 cupfine wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupsorghum flour
  4. 1/2 cupmakki flour
  5. 1/2 cupgram flour/besan
  6. 1/2 cupmillet flour
  7. 2 tbspoil for moin
  8. 1 tablespoonghee (moin)
  9. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  10. 1 teaspoonKasuri methi
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  13. 2 tablespoonscream(homemade malai)
  14. Ghee or oil for frying

    First of all sift the wheat bran flour and all the flour and add all the ingredients to it. Heat the ghee and add it so that the bhakri becomes crispy. Add cream and make a stiff dough with water. Apply oil on top and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Then part evenly and make lemon size ball from prepared dough and roll the bhakri. Use a lid for a uniform round shape of bhakhri.Apply ghee on a non-stick pan, press the bhakri and roast it till crisp.

    In this way roast all the bhakri. Wheat bran and Multi grain bhakri is ready to Serve.
