I haven't made this recipe in a long time, but I hope to make it soon even though my obligations have increased. The quantities are for one person; if you want to make it for more, increase the amounts accordingly.
Fried Rice
I haven't made this recipe in a long time, but I hope to make it soon even though my obligations have increased. The quantities are for one person; if you want to make it for more, increase the amounts accordingly.
Steps
- 1
Cook the rice according to the time indicated on the package, about ten minutes. Once cooked, set it aside for a bit.
- 2
Chop the onion and garlic, add a little mustard and ketchup, and mix. Put them in a pan and sauté until they are golden.
- 3
Continue with the remaining ingredients and do the same process. Mix the peppers with the remaining ketchup and mustard and add them to the pan. Finally, add the rice, lower the heat to medium-low, and stir. If desired, add an egg. Mix everything together, and it's ready.
- 4
Finally, turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy your meal.
