Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgolden sela rice
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 2 tablespoonsoil
  4. 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  5. 2 teaspoonsgrated garlic

  7. 3 tablespoonsbell pepper
  8. 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped carrot
  9. 3 tablespoonsgreen beans
  10. 1chopped green chili
  11. 2finely chopped green onions
  12. as neededChopped cilantro
  13. 1 teaspoonaromatic seasoning
  14. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  15. 1/2 teaspoonwhite pepper
  16. 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak for 1 hour. Then add 3 cups of water to the rice and boil.

    Now add oil to a pan. Add ginger, garlic, carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, green beans, and green chili, and fry for 1 minute. Then add salt, white pepper, and aromatic seasoning.
