Ingredients

30minutes

4 servings

Peeling of 1 pineapple or more
2 litreswater
Alot of fresh ginger(150g)
Clean, dry bayleaf
Alot of tea leaves (majani)/(200g)
Sugar or honey as preferred

I blend all the ingredients in a blender until well blend

In a big clean pan, add the blended mixture.
Put to boil for 30 or more minutes depending on your fire source, Gas is faster.

Allow to cool, sieve and refrigerate or take as is. 😋
