These Mongolian chicken wings are delicious and easy to make.
Cooking Instructions

Pad dry the chicken wings with paper towel.
Cut the chicken wings at the joints, separating the drumettes from the midsection and the tip of the wings. - 2
Place the tips in a small pot with water, cook them and save the broth. Discard the tips of the wings.
Season the chicken wings sections with soy sauce, salt, and ground black pepper. Leave it marinating for about 45 minutes. - 3
At the meantime, cut and measure the ingredients for the sauce.
After the chicken wings marination time is over, add and mix in 2 Tbsps. cornstarch. - 4
Deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown and reserve.

In a Wok heat up the 2 Tbsps. vegetable oil and stir fry garlic, ginger, hot red pepper flakes and scallions.
Add chicken broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar and mix well. - 6
In small dish dissolve the 2 Tbsps. cornstarch with 1 Tbsp. water.
Once the is beginning to boil thick it with the cornstarch mix. Do not use it all the cornstarch mix. Use just enough to thicken the sauce. - 7
Add and mix in the chicken wings.
Serve immediately.
