Ingredients

  1. 5-6kamrak(star fruit)
  2. 10-15green chillies
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  5. 1.5 teaspoondhaniya powder
  6. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1.5 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  9. 1 teaspoonrai
  10. 1 teaspoonmethi seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chillies and kamrak into pieces

    Take kadai add oil rai, methi seeds green chillies and let it cook for 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add kamrak and all spices mix well and cover it for 5-10 minutes

  4. 4

    Kamrak chilli pickle ready
