FOR THE CHICKEN NUGGETS:
Cut the chicken breasts into 1/2-inch wide strips. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, beat an egg with honey and mustard.
In another bowl, crush the corn flakes finely with salt, pepper, and chosen spices.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture.
Then roll it in the cereal. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. - 2
FOR THE ZUCCHINI WRAPS:
Grate the zucchini and press to remove all the water. Then mix the grated zucchini, egg, and Parmesan. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet, form the wraps using a fork in a thin layer, here a large wrap. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 13-15 minutes. Let the wrap rest before filling. - 3
FOR THE YOGURT SAUCE:
Mix all the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning. - 4
On the zucchini wrap, spread the yogurt sauce, then add the iceberg lettuce leaves and finally the chicken nuggets.

Roll the zucchini wrap and it's ready. Serve with the yogurt sauce and a tomato or carrot salad depending on the season. Enjoy 😋.
