For tomato sauce 🍅, heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic 🧄 stir, add bay leaf 🍂, finely blanched tomatoes 🍅 and mix well, add ready made tomato puree 🍅, white vinegar, salt & black pepper powder, kashmiri red powder/ paprika powder 🌶️,dried oregano 🌱 and mix well, cook for 4 mins. Keep aside

Preheat oven at 180°c, brush pizza base with butter or olive oil, bake 4 mins, for spoon some tomato sauce 🍅, sprinkle mixed dry herbs 🌱 over pizza base, leaving 1/2"all around the edges. Sprinkle some grated cheese 🧀 on each pizza base.

Sprinkle onions 🧅, sprinkle some green capsicum 🫑 strips, finely chopped jalapenos, sprinkle left over mozzarella cheese 🧀, arrange sliced black olives, drizzle some olive oil, bake again for 20 mins until golden and crisp, serve hot.

For pizza base: put warm water 💦 in a cup, add yeast, salt and sugar to the warm water 💦 in the cup.mix gently cover the cup nicely and keep aside covered and undisturbed for 10 mins or till it becomes frothy.

Sift plain flour through a sieve in to large bowl🥣, mix olive oil, make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, combine gradually incorporating the flour into the yeast mixture, adding a little extra water if necessary.

Transfer dough to a floured board and knead until it is smooth and elastic, about 5 mins, brush the dough with a little oil, cover and keep in warm place to swell for 1 hour or till doubles in the size.

To shape the pizza by hand: place the dough in an oiled 12"pizza pan and push it outward with the palms of your hands 🤚and fingertips to cover the bottom of the pan, prick each base with a folk, when the pizza dough has been shaped and is in the pizza pan or on the baking sheet, set it aside for 10 mins before adding the topping.
