Soak some samak rice for 30 minutes and chop up bottel gourd and 2-3 green chillies.

In a pan heat up some ghee and add cumin seeds then chopped bottel gourd and chillies and salt to taste

Once the bottel gourd are slightly cooked add soaked samak rice and equal amount of water to the pan
cook for 10-15 mins - 4
Once your samak rice is cooked serve it hot
