Everyday curry masala

This is the one Masala which is used the most in my kitchen. Consisting of only four ingredients, this masala imparts perfect taste to most my dishes.
Tips:
1. Dry roasting is important to get the aroma.
2. Stays fresh for longer time if roasted.
3. You can roast more quantity, Make the powder as much you need only for may be 10 days for best taste.

Dry roast all the ingredients in low heat, just until you get nice aroma.

Cool it down to room temperature.

Grind to a fine or slightly coarse powder. I prefer slightly coarse texture.

Add this masala into rthe curries instead of regular store-bought coriander powder and see the difference for yourself.
