  1. 8.8 ozground beef
  2. 5.3 ozblack beans or pinto beans
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1pickled chili or 1 cayenne pepper
  6. Crushed tomatoes
  7. 1small glass beef broth
  8. 1/2green bell pepper
  9. Sweet and hot paprika
  10. Oregano
  11. Salt and pepper
  12. Cilantro

    In a pan, fry the ground beef with a little salt and pepper. Set aside. In the same pan, cook the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic (over medium/low heat) chopped into small pieces.

    When everything is softened, add the spices and chopped pickled chili. Immediately after, add 1 cup of crushed tomatoes and let it cook for a few minutes. Add the beef broth and stir well to combine everything for 10-15 minutes.

    Put the ground beef back in the pan and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Finally, gently mix in the cooked black beans, being careful not to break them, and let it rest for a minute. Garnish with cilantro or chives and some tortilla chips.

    I found the beans at Carrefour in the Mexican food section, they are not expensive, and it's worth it to get closer to the authentic taste ;)
