Sieve the flour add warm water a little at a time and bind the flour give it rest for 3/4 mins knead very well

Take an earthen(mitti) tawa make a small round balls from the dough and roll them out into round rotis roast them on the tawa when done apply ghee and serve

Dhaba style cornmeal rotis are ready to serve
