It's Christmas! And I'm joining my fiance's family for Christmas dinner. I didn't want to turn up empty handed, and I got some good pork chops from a family friend. Plus I've been experimenting with sorrel lately. So I thought why not ☺. I grilled some pineapples to top the finished product but it needed nothing more. The sorrel gave it a nice tangy surprise that was balanced nicely by the glaze. I'm gonna enjoy this and I hope they do too.
