First clean the methi, and wash nicely then chop them.

Take a big bowl add chopped methi and all ingredients, mix everything well then add water little by little and make a soft dough.

Now make cylindrical shape from the methi mixture dough. Place it on a greased plate and steam them for 12-15 minutes.

Once methi vadi cool down then cut into slices.

Heat oil in a kadai put methi vadi pieces and fry them on slow flame till vadi becomes crispy golden brown, take out in absorbent paper.

Making tadka -
Heat oil in a small tadka pan add mustard seeds, hing, chopped green chilli, curry leaves and sesame seeds, saute few seconds then spread tadka on the fried methi vadi. - 7
Crispy Methi Vadi is ready to serve.
