Add water, oil, salt and soda bi carbonate in a blender jar and blitz it until all incorporated and is whitish in colour.
Remove in a bow and add ajwain and asafoetida. - 2

Mix and add one cup of flour and mix. Add 2 nd cup and mix. Prepare a soft dough. Take a small portion of dough and knead while adding a little bit of water until it changes colour.

Heat oil on medium heat. Place the kneaded portion of dough on top of the ganthia ladle and press and slide with your palm.
Fry them until light and fluffy. Remove on kitchen towel. Enjoy with a cup of tea or with rice and curry. - 6
