Ingredients

  1. 65 gmwhole ragi flour
  2. 65 gmwhole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupghee
  4. 85 gmgud (grated/ chopped)
  5. 2 tsproasted dry fruits (cashew nuts, almond, pista)

    First of all dry roast both the flours separately in a thick bottomed vessel. (For 2 minutes)

    After that, put ghee in the same vessel, when it gets hot,add both the flours and roast them. As the aroma comes and mixture looks fluffy, turn off the gas and add gud (Jaggery) and mix well. (Add gud only after turning off the gas)

    In a greased plate,place the mixture and garnish it with roasted dry fruits. After it cools down little bit make pieces of them and store in an airtight container.
