Steps

Take Board beans, cut all vegetables (potato, tomato,Brinjal, beetroot) and wash in water.

Now put oil in pan add ajwain seed, pinch of asafoetida, turmeric powder and add all vegetables, salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and coriander powder.
Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes. - 3
After when it cooked add gud and lemon juice and leave it for some time and lastly add remaining chilli powder and corridor power and it’s ready to serve with roti or paratha.
Note : Due to beetroot colour of subji turns to little redish.
