Ingredients

  1. 1 literMilk
  2. 1/2 cupRice
  3. 3/4 cupSugar or as per taste
  4. 1 1/2 cupMango Pulp
  5. 1 teaspoonCardamom Powder
  6. 2 tablespoonChopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly soaked rice for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Discard the water and blend rice to a coarse paste and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Boil milk in a pan and stir occasionally and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    When milk getting thicker then add rice and stir continuously.

  5. 5

    Boil the milk till the rice get cook completely.
    Further, add sugar and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts.

  7. 7

    Mix well and leave for 20 minutes to allow phirni to cool completely.
    Now add mango pulp and mix well.

  8. 8

    Serve chilled and garnish with chopped nuts.
