Cooking Instructions

Dry roast chivda on medium flame for 5 minutes

Boil milk on slow flame...stir well.

Powder the roasted red chivda.

Add the chivda powder to the boiling milk and stir.

Once the red chivda is cooked well Add sugar and stir for 5 more minutes.

Add Cardamom powder and mix well.
- 7
Fry cashews in ghee add to the chivda kheer.
- 8
Red chivda kheer is ready.
