Prepare the marinade :
In a mixing bowl Put dahi 1/4 cup + 1/2 tsp black pepper powder + 1 lemon + 1(1/2) Jeera powder + 1/2 Chaat masala + 1 1/2 garam masala + 1 tsp kasuri methi + salt + 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder (colour) + 2 tsp besan + 3 tsp (ginger garlic paste) + heated cooking oil.

Mix all the ingredients. Add extra kashmiri red chilli for colour or to make the mixture little spicy.

Add The square paneer cubes + onion. Keep the mixture for 15-20 minutes

Take the marinated pieces and heat them in a flat pan with butter.

Another way is to pin them with a wodden stick and heat them directly with gas flame for 1-2 min
