Steps

Soak Moong Dal for 2-3 hours, soak Dalia for 10 - 15 minutes.
Take Dalia, wash nicely and soak for 20 minutes. - 2
Pressure cook soaked Dalia + little salt and pressure cook in sufficient water and pressure cook till 1 whistle and let pressure release by itself.
Add the chopped vegetables + turmeric powder + salt as required. - 3
In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add dry red chilli +bay leaf + paanch phoron + ginger and allow to crackle, then add Dalia along with veggies (Dalia mix) and give a good mix. Add sugar and cook for 4-5 minutes, add warm water as required.
After cooling Dalia turns thick and dry so add water accordingly. - 4
Add Ghee stir well and Keep in stand by mode for around 2 minutes and dish is done.

Serve hot hot.
