A healthy, nutritious and delicious paratha made with combination of millet flour and added some diffrent flour with veggies are a good breakfast recipe.

In a mixing bowl take all flour mix them add all powder spices and ghee. Mix them together.

Add chopped onion,methi leaves and grated carrot, mix and gradually add water and make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for rest for 8-10 minutes.

Make balls from the dough and Use a rolling pin to roll the paratha dough into a circle shape.place the paratha on preheated tawa and cook from one side then flip and apply ghee or oil.

Cook from both side till it turns golden. Make all parathas and served with plain curd or pickle..
