They will cook faster if you cover them with a lid.

I made these pork wraps with seasonal okra, which I received as a gift.

Wash the okra and remove the tops. Sprinkle the pork slices with salt and pepper.

Wrap the okra with pork and then sprinkle with katakuriko.

Heat oil in a pan and cook through Step 2. (Don't touch them often at first.) While cooking, combine the seasonings.

Once the pork is cooked, soak up any excess oil with a paper towel and then pour in the ● ingredients. Once the pork is covered with the sauce, it's done!
