Drain the tofu and then mash it by hand until it's crumbly.

Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the onion. Add in the tofu next and stir fry it as well.

Once everything is coated in oil, season with the ☆ ingredients. Then finally season with salt, and it's done! ♪ Adjust the seasonings to your tastes.

I like eating soboro on piping hot rice, topped with mayonnaise (which raises the calorie count) and nori seaweed! ♡
