Ingredients

4 apples

1/4 Cchopped walnuts + 1/4C rolled oats
1 Traisins
1 T peanut butter
1 T cinnamon
1 T lemon juice
1 T date syrup
4cored apples

Steps

Put everything except the apples in a bowl and mix

Stuff the cored apples with the mix and place in a microwave dish. Cook on high, uncovered, 5-8 minutes until soft. Cool 5 minutes before serving
