Take vessel add oil in hot flame

Take curia of rai (splitted seeds of mustard) in another bowl
Than add hing, turmeric powder, salt, mari, dhanya mix it well - 3
Put that hot oil on curia of rai than put for sometime till becomes cool

Make the cuts in between of red chilli
- 5
Now add
stuff of curia of rai in red chilli
Serve it with thepla, bajri rotla etc
