First soak the chole in hot water for over night then put the chole in the cooker and make a 7 9 whistles let to cool.

Now take a mixer jar add chole til.Salt garlic and add a little water and grind it now add juice and olive oil and make fine paste. Add oil if needed finally add paprika and mix well. Sprinkle the chilli powder and oil.

Vegetable garlic hummus is ready to serve
