Hariyali Chole masala (without onion garlic)

Soak Kabuli chana for 7 hours, boil chana in a cooker by adding salt and cooking soda.

Wash spinach,boil in a hot water for 3 minutes then put in cold water to remain green colour,add,coriander and mint in to mixture jar, add green chillies, ginger.make greenpaste. paste

Green paste is ready.

Heat the pan add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chole masale turmeric add boiled kabuli chana.stir it well.

Add green paste, salt, lemon juice, sugar kitchen King masala and mix it well.

Hariyali chole masala is ready, I have not used onion, garlic, serve it with parathas.
