Combine chicken cubes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey.
Brush half of the sauce over the chicken skewers.
Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce.
