Boil split yellow peas with turmeric and salt

Dice an onion, chopped 4 cloves of garlic and chopped cauliflower

Heat olive oil in a saucepan on low, add onion and garlic to soften, add ginger

Drizzle oil over cauliflower, rub cauliflower with masala, cumin and salt, put to bake in oven

Add 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds, add 2 tsp garam masala, add 1/2 tsp tomato puree to onions and garlic, mix thoroughly and saute

Turn the heat up know the onions and garlic for 10 seconds, deglaze with water

Once paste forms add yellow split peas, stir, season to taste

Take cauliflower out of oven, fry with only a small amount of oil
- 9
Serve rice, curry with cauliflower in top
