After a very long gap I am posting my recipe healthy breakfast recipe you can have very good energy with full of protein iron and morning boosting energy food.

First soak dals in a separate bowl wash it twice or thrice keep it aside for 2 hours.

Wash your two rice soak it for two hours

3.Add your red chillies,cuuru leaves jeera,ginger in to the soaked dal weight for two hours to grind.

Take a mixie grinder add all your washed and soaked dalls with redchillies,cuuru leaves and other materials add very little bit of water and grind the materials. Add hing and required salt. Finally grind the two rice add in to your already ready with the pulses add coriander leaves,drum stick leaves(drum stick leaves sligly shallow fry in a vessel and add)add cut onion also.taste it if salt required add some salt also.your consistency of the batter should be thick..

Next prepare your tomato chutney.cut 4 pieces of tomato,and one onion and keep a fry pan add two tsp of refined oil add tadka for the chutney add black rai,urad dal,chana dal dal,red chilies(dry gotta),hing,curry leaves let them roast it add two or three garlic sticks,add your cut onion let them fry into golden brown and then add your cut tomatoes add haldi,red chilli powder,salt,little bit of gud and everything cooked nicely decorated with coriander leaves your side dish Adai ready.

Next step heat your iron tawa or non-stick tawa pour some ghee and oil and prepared Adai batter you can pour it in a thick or thin forum and cooked one side and turn it into other side when golden colour arise nice crispy healthy protein rich Adai disa ready to eat with tomato chutney.
