I tried making ice cream using whipped cream, but the texture and taste do not turn out as you get in the market. So I tried the store-bought vanilla ice cream and turned it into the flavour of my choice. And it worked! This way, the ice cream tastes exactly like it's store-bought.

Bring Vanilla ice cream down to room temperature.

Deseed jambu, wash and grind them till the pulp is smooth.

Add this pulp into the ice cream. Add powder sugar as needed. Run a cake blender in it (or mix with a beater) so as to blend everything well.

Take it out in a container and freeze it in the freezer. It's ready!
