Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 tspragi flour
  2. 1cardamom (seeds crushed)
  3. 1/4 tspdry ginger powder
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. Jaggery or brown sugar as per taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First mix ragi flour with water in a bowl and after 15-20 minutes, it should be lump free,pour this into a pan and boil then simmer on low flame till it becomes thick.

    Add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder and milk. Let it simmer on medium flame for another few minutes.

    Add jaggery or brown sugar. Stir.

  4. 4

    It's ready. Serve hot.
